By using ProofOF you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

What We Do

ProofOF is a personal tool for tracking return windows and warranty expirations. It stores your entries locally and, if you sign in, syncs them to a server you control. It is provided "as is" and does not guarantee a store will accept a return or honor a warranty.

Your Data

You own the data you enter. You can export or delete it from within the app. We don't claim ownership of your purchases or receipts.

Responsible Use

Don't use ProofOF to misrepresent a purchase, forge proof of purchase, or attempt fraud. You're responsible for the accuracy of the barcodes and receipts you store.

Limitation of Liability

ProofOF is a utility and reminder tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed deadlines, lost data, or a store's refusal of a return or warranty claim.
